I am TJ Ruohio, I have been a realtor in Calgary for over 8 years and have lived in the city for 25 years. I have had a passion for real estate since I bought my first house in Kincora when I was 21 years old. It was such a rewarding experience that I knew I had to get my real estate license. My Story
I have been involved in real estate in many ways and have loved it all, from managing an air bnb to helping clients buy and sell their homes. When I’m not working I love getting active and doing stuff in this city. You’ll find me out walking my dog in different communities, playing a multitude of sports and then of course checking out local breweries and restaurants.
